My Coffee Cup Holder is Ruined

Back with some more interesting l-users stories. This one I’m about to tell you happened to another friend who was kind enough to tell it to me and allow me to post it on this blog. He works at a local computer shop. He is a computer parts salesman.
One day , a “hillbilly” ( also known as a strawberry-man = a person who left for Spain to work as a strawberry farmer, helping with the harvest picking / gathering ) fresh out of Spain came to his store and wanted to buy a brand new computer for his son. That fact that he wanted a computer is very nice, but he wanted one that was sitting in the showcase window of the store. He wanted only that one, he did not care that they could build him a brand new one exactly like that one. No, he wanted that one. So, my friend gets it, packs it and so he got one new happy customer. Everything was fine for about two months.
After the time has passed, my friend finds himself face to face with that person telling him that his computer is broke. When he asked what happened the buyer simply tells him that “the computers coffee cup holder is broken”. WTF ???
My friend takes a look at the computer only to find that the “coffee cup holder” was actually the CD/DVD-ROM !!! And indeed it was ruined … coffee spilled all over it. Of course in wasn’t working at all. The mechanism was jammed and could not even move the tray 2 cm’s.
When he was asked about it, the buyer said he did not know what it was for but he was very glad that he could place his coffee cup there when he sat at the computer. The only thing he minded was that fact that it kept closing and spilling his coffee. Duhhh !!! Stupid people.
After explaining him exactly what was that actually and what he was suppose to do with it he responded that he did not knot and that my friend should have told him about it.
Well, he had to buy a brand new optical drive unit because the warranty for the old one was void.
My conclusion : IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS ASK SOMEONE WHO KNOWS !!!
