Passwords …

This little story I’m about to tell you I know it from a friend of mine.
He works as a help desk at a local company.
One day , some lady calls tech support and starts poring all her miseries about the services the company provides … her internet does not work , her email is blocked … things like that. So my friend, tries to resolve her email problem. He asks her the password to her email account. She answers … well thats confidential. Though luck. But my friend checks the logs and the database and starts telling the lady.
My Friend : “Ma’am , you are registered in our database with the password `crocodile !`”
Lady : “Yes, thats true.”
My Friend : “But you are trying to login using the password `alligator` !!!”
Lady : “So what ? Isn’t it the same thing ?”
The end. I was speachless when he told me about it.
Wow… This is a total fail. And not only in computer use, but also in biology.
Yup … Indeed … some of the users you meet make you go bananas
